Project
Management
Prior to any on-site work being carried out, a Project Manager will
help plan the implementation of your new system so that everything
goes smoothly.
If your new system requires new or additional hardware they will
have already liased with the Technical Services Manager, at a pre-installation
meeting prior to attending site.
On day one of the project management, we liase with you to plan
the implementation timescales, training dates and the final go-live
day. At all stages of the implementation, you will have contact
with your dedicated Project Manager who will record and feedback
the progress of the project to help meet your implementation deadline.
Prior to the go-live day, a visit from the Project Manager is
made to ensure both parties are happy with the training and implementation
and that all targets have been met, ready for the final phase.
Following the go-live day of your new system your Project Manager
will be in contact, along with our Support Team to assist with any
queries as users become fully familiar with the new system.
At a later day a Post Installation Survey is completed by our
Sales Director to ensure complete satisfaction at the stages.
